With the presence of Prime Minister H.E. Vicente Ehate Tomi and the Minister of Mines, Industry & Energy, H.E. Gabriel Mbaga Obiang Lima, the 15th edition of the Gulf of Guinea Oil & Gas Conference 2012 was inaugurated on June 19, in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea.
Numerous members of the Government of Equatorial Guinea attended the entire conference, along with delegates and representatives from national and international companies as well as distinguished speakers from across West Africa, including H.E. Miguel Trovoada, Executive Secretary, Gulf of Guinea Commission, Gaya Mahaman Laouan, Secretary General, Ministry of Energy & Petroleum, Republic of Niger and Vicente Abeso, Director of Hydrocarbons Ministry of Mines, Industry & Energy, Equatorial Guinea.
